Role: Telecaller Floor Manager

About the Role

Manage the daily work of the telecalling team, drive targets, and improve call quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

• Assign leads and follow-ups; track attendance, login hours, and discipline.

• Run daily briefings, reviews, and feedback sessions.

• Monitor call quality and track KPIs (calls, leads, conversions).

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and maintain lead trackers.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and professional handling of complaints.

• Guide the team on Anytime Diesel's services, delivery, and pricing.

• Coordinate with Sales and Operations to convert leads.

• Improve calling scripts, processes, and follow-up systems.

Required Skills

• Strong team leadership and communication skills.

• Experience managing targets and performance metrics.

• Good at customer, objection, and escalation handling.

• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
