Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, partners, or supporters to introduce our organization’s mission and services
• Effectively communicate key messages in clear, engaging English and Spanish to diverse audiences
• Qualify leads by understanding prospects’ needs and interests, ensuring they align with our goals
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce or similar platforms
• Follow up with interested contacts to nurture relationships and schedule further engagement opportunities
• Collaborate with team members to refine outreach strategies based on feedback and results
• Document call outcomes thoroughly, including notes on conversations, next steps, and relevant details

Experience

• Prior experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is highly desirable
• Proficiency with CRM software, especially Salesforce or similar tools, is preferred
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential for effective outreach
• Demonstrated ability to engage confidently over the phone while maintaining professionalism
• Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining detailed records of interactions is a plus
• Ability to handle rejection positively and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £25,420.00-£71,785.79 per year
