Telecom Consultation Agent

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecom Consultation Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist business customers in choosing suitable telecom solutions, explain available services, and support the sales process to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with business customers to understand their telecom requirements.
• Explain DU Business services, including business SIM cards, mobile plans, internet connections, and landline solutions.
• Recommend suitable telecom packages based on customer needs.
• Generate new business leads through calls, customer visits, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries, and assist customers throughout the application process.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service activation and customer support.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with strong negotiation and convincing skills.
• Sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of telecom products and services is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and meet monthly targets.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain reports and customer records.
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
