Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries about mobile, internet, and telecom services
• Assist with billing, account updates, and service requests
• Provide information about plans, products, and promotions
• Troubleshoot basic connectivity and service issues
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Escalate complex concerns when needed
• Meet quality and customer satisfaction targets

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• No experience required
• Good English communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay: Php14,987.50 - Php25,999.33 per month
