Telecom Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Conducts routine inspection, status checking and audit of maintained equipment, tools and/or spares.
• Supports and assist clients in the troubleshooting of installed equipment.
• Ensure that all installation/maintenance work shall be done in accordance with good

engineering practice.

• Exerts all efforts, exhausting several possibilities to provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Represents the company and acts in a professional manner during meeting, reporting and other forms of communication involving the client.
• Perform other duties as assigned, and necessary to complete the main task
• Prepare reports, documentation and other projects as required
• Manages the day-to-day operations at the base.
• Facilitates job requests by clients.
• Submits reports as assigned.
• Availability to travel anytime and be assigned within Visayas and Mindanao area.

Tasks/Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and prompt response in troubleshooting and rectification of the assigned trouble ticket in order to be compliant with the service level agreement (SLA) defined with all the internal and external customers.
• Ensure compliance on all Safety Standards and Protocols on site/area. Perform and conduct safety meeting before the activity. Ensure that the rigger/installer are wearing complete and proper PPE.
• Prepare documentations and reports as required by the main office and the client.
• Check needed forms and documents, tools, materials needed for the site activity
• Perform Technical Site Surveys and prepare a TSS Report.
• Test and Commission Telecommunications equipment.
• Perform Installation and Maintenance of Telecommunication equipment installed on the client’s premises and/or on tower and elevated areas.
• Discuss and instruct the rigger/installer on each assigned task.
• Supervise and inspect the work of the Rigger (indoor, outdoor or in the tower)
