Telecom Infrastructure Account Manager

About the role

This role will develop and manage ISP and telecom infrastructure customers in Indonesia, with a focus on fixed broadband, optical access and transmission. The Account Manager will own the sales cycle from network planning and opportunity identification through tendering, order execution and payment collection.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with Indonesian ISPs, telecom operators, TowerCos, system integrators and infrastructure customers.
• Drive opportunities for FTTH, GPON/XGS-PON, OLT, ONT/ONU, DWDM/OTN, optical transmission, IP networking and related fiber infrastructure.
• Understand customer network expansion plans, annual CAPEX, technical roadmaps, procurement schedules and competitor positioning.
• Own the full sales process: requirement collection, solution coordination, RFQ/tender support, quotation, negotiation, contract closure, order execution and payment follow-up.
• Build multi-level relationships across technical, operation, procurement, finance and management teams.
• Coordinate product, presales, commercial, supply-chain, delivery and service teams; maintain account plans, forecasts and a healthy opportunity pipeline.

About you

• 2+ years in telecom / ICT sales, account management or business development
• Solid knowledge of telecom / optical access solutions and project sales.
• Able to maintain key accounts while actively developing new customers.
• Strong commercial sense, responsiveness and project ownership.
• Bachelor's degree in telecom, electronics, computer science, business or related discipline.
• Willing to travel within Indonesia.
• Bahasa Indonesia + English fluency required; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
