Telecom Manager

This role focuses on installing, configuring, and maintaining IP phone systems within a growing organization. The Support Technician II will collaborate closely with the Network Operations team to ensure reliable communication systems across all locations. The position combines technical expertise with customer service, allowing the technician to engage with both office and field environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain IP phone systems to ensure reliable communication across the organization.
• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing issues and ensuring a smooth user experience.
• Collaborate with the Network Operations team to analyze and improve telephony and network processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and telephony-related issues in both office and field settings.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a systems administrator, focusing on telecom systems.
• At least 5 years of experience providing end-user support in a technical environment.
• Proven experience installing and managing IP phone systems, such as Cisco, Avaya, or RingCentral.
• Familiarity with VoIP protocols, SIP, and related network technologies.
• Knowledge of Active Directory administration and Group Policy, along with basic PowerShell commands.
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN environments and network hardware.
