Job Requirements-

• Graduate with a good academic record.
• Excellent written and comprehension skills in English.
• Strong communication skills and a dynamic personality.
• Prior experience in customer escalation handling is required. ( 1 years )
• Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

• Address customer queries at the appropriate authorization level.
• Respond to customer queries through email and social media channels.
• Manage customer follow-ups across social media platforms and email.
• Ensure customer queries are resolved within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
• Meet and exceed committed service levels for customer escalations.
