Telecom Experience Required

• If you have worked in the BPO industry on a US telecom account (Tmobile, AT&T, Verizon, etc.) this job is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Follow proven scripts to offer services and close upgrades / new activations.
• Record call outcomes and details accurately in our system.
• Handle objections with professionalism and keep conversations positive.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly goals.

• Excellent English communication skills (clear and professional phone presence).
• A positive, energetic, and engaging personality (clients should enjoy talking to you).
• Strong listening skills and the ability to follow scripts while sounding natural.
• Confidence to handle objections and keep the conversation moving forward.

• Availability for remote shifts (including overnight).
