Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries about mobile, internet, and telecommunications services
• Assist with billing, account updates, service requests, and plan changes
• Provide information about products, services, and promotions
• Perform basic troubleshooting for connectivity and service issues
• Resolve customer concerns professionally
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Escalate complex technical concerns when necessary
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer service targets

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School graduate
• No experience required
• Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome
• Good English communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask and learn new systems
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu City
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Pay: Php13,639.30 - Php25,790.75 per month
