Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of telecom professionals to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage, increase productivity, and enhance overall performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues related to broadband services, BPO voice, ISP networks, and internet connectivity.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
2-4 years of experience in the telecom industry or similar field.
Strong knowledge of broadband services, BPO voice, ISP networks, and internet protocols.
Proven track record in team handling and leadership roles with excellent communication skills.
