Location: Audubon, PA (On-Site) / Hybrid Post 90-day probationary period
Position Type: Full-Time – Second Shift (1PM – 9PM)
Pay: $22.00/hour

NetCarrier is a leading regional provider of business telecommunications and AI solutions, offering voice, data, and AI-powered solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. We’re expanding our team and currently hiring entry-level Technical Support Specialists for our Audubon, PA office.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer, agent, and vendor inquiries via phone and email
• Work collaboratively with agents and vendors to ensure customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot voice and data connectivity issues
• Create and maintain detailed trouble tickets and technical documentation

What We’re Looking For

• A CompTIA or Cisco certification (e.g., A+, Network+, Security+, CCENT/CCNA), or equivalent, is required
• Basic IP networking skills are required – this role goes beyond typical entry-level support
• Experience with trouble ticketing software.
• Familiarity with internet-based applications (email clients, browsers, FTP) is a plus
• Experience with Cisco IOS command-line interface is a strong advantage
• Proficiency in the Windows OS is required
• Working knowledge of MacOS and Linux is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer service or telecom experience is a bonus

Training Schedule

All new hires must be available 5 days per week 1PM to 9PM during the day for the first 4–6 weeks of onboarding and training. This is a second shift roll and training will also take place during this time.
