Telecom Tower Foreman

Minimum 2 years of foreman experience required

Augusta Tower Technologies is growing in the Midwest and hiring a Telecom Tower Foreman to lead one of our crews on T-Mobile New Site Development (NSD) and macro builds.

We're looking for someone who can run a crew and run a site. You'll be responsible for your team's safety, quality, and productivity, and you should be able to complete sites with limited guidance. If problems come up in the field, you handle them and keep the job moving.

You'll need a solid background in tower maintenance and construction, and you should know how to lead by example. Safety comes first on every job.

Augusta Tower has been building sites across the Midwest since 2008.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead a crew of 3–5 and take ownership of their safety, quality, and productivity
• Run T-Mobile NSD and macro build sites from start to finish with limited guidance
• Read and follow construction drawings and build plans accurately
• Install equipment, make sure all work meets spec, and complete close-out documentation
• Climb and work on towers up to 500'
• Solve problems in the field and keep the job moving
• Keep your crew and Project Manager in the loop
• Handle crew issues calmly and professionally
• Make safety the first priority on every site and lead by example

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of telecom experience, including at least 2 years as a foreman
• Strong understanding of build plans, drawings, and tower installs
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a crew
• Able to work independently and make good decisions in the field
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company policy
• Able to pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background check
• Willing to travel Monday–Friday throughout the Midwest

Pay & Benefits

• Pay: $27–$30 per hour, based on experience
