Telecom Warehouse Technician

The Staging Technician supports DataOne Systems’ warehouse, inventory, shipping, and equipment staging operations. The role is approximately 60% warehouse / 40% staging, preparing telecommunications equipment and materials for deployment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, label, and track inventory and project materials.
• Pick, pack, and ship equipment and materials to project sites.
• Track tools, equipment, and inventory levels.
• Load/unload trucks and operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Stage telecommunications equipment according to project requirements and MOPs.
• Review equipment lists and ensure materials are complete and ready for deployment.
• Perform basic quality checks and maintain accurate staging documentation.
• Work with project and field teams to ensure materials are ready when needed.
• Manage multiple tasks/projects throughout the day — typically 10+ assignments daily.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse/staging area.

Qualifications

• Warehouse, inventory, staging, or telecommunications experience preferred.
• Computer literate; Smartsheet experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow MOPs (Methods of Procedure).
• Experience working with telecommunications/network equipment and staging systems preferred.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Able to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle telecommunications equipment and materials.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work in a warehouse environment for extended periods.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
