TELECOMM SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Role Description

The Telecom Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support and assistance related to telecommunication systems and services. The role involves troubleshooting telecom issues, managing telecom accounts, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring accurate tracking of telecom-related records and reports. The specialist also supports internal teams by monitoring telecom inquiries and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• Certification in CompTIA A+ and/or CompTIA Network+ is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Outlook and SharePoint.
• Good communication and coordination skills for working with internal teams and external service providers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Willing to work in a night shift schedule

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
