Telecommunication Engineer

Join Philippines Fiber Optic Cable Network Ltd., Inc. (PFOCN) as a Telecommunication Engineer and contribute to the planning, design, implementation, and successful delivery of telecommunications network projects. This role is ideal for a technically skilled and detail-oriented professional who can conduct site assessments, support network construction, coordinate project requirements, and work closely with customers throughout the project lifecycle. The Telecommunication Engineer will play a key role in ensuring that projects meet design specifications, customer requirements, and delivery standards.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or another related field.
• Knowledge of telecommunications network design, construction, and project implementation is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and technical skills.
• Ability to conduct site measurements, collect technical data, and prepare sketches and construction drawings.
• Effective communication and coordination skills when working with customers, contractors, and internal teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct site surveys, collect technical data, take measurements, and prepare sketches and construction drawings.
• Organize and compile design documents and other technical project materials.
• Prepare engineering quantity estimates and material requirements for projects.
• Provide technical guidance during network construction to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements and provide appropriate technical support and coordination.
• Manage customer project requirements and support project delivery from implementation through completion and acceptance.
• Coordinate, monitor, and follow up on project activities, ensuring effective communication among customers and internal teams.
• Assist customers during project acceptance, product verification, and final delivery.
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may reasonably be assigned by the supervisor or management based on operational requirements.
