Telecommunications Customer Representative

We're currently hiring a Telecommunications Customer Representative to join our growing team representing Kinetic products and services. As a Telecommunications Customer Representative, you'll work directly with customers, build relationships, answer questions about products and services, and help customers discover solutions that fit their connectivity needs. No previous telecommunications experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing mentorship for every Telecommunications Customer Representative on our team.

Telecommunications Customer Representative Responsibilities:

• Serve as a knowledgeable and professional Telecommunications Customer Representative for new and existing customers.
• Build positive relationships and create exceptional customer experiences.
• Educate customers on Kinetic's products, services, and promotional offerings.
• Assist customers with account information and service options.
• Learn effective communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
• Collaborate with team members in a supportive and goal-oriented environment.
• Help customers identify products and services that best meet their needs.
