We are looking for an experienced and motivated Telecommunications Manager to lead and support our field technician team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support telecommunications sales initiatives, with a strong focus on TSP sales.
• Use your sales experience to coach, train, and mentor technicians on effective sales techniques.
• Educate technicians on how to identify customer needs and recommend the right telecommunications products and services.
• Help technicians build confidence in presenting and explaining products, promotions, and available services to customers.
• Monitor individual and team sales performance and provide coaching to improve results.
• Develop strategies to increase sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Work closely with technicians to identify challenges and provide practical solutions to improve sales performance.

Qualifications

* Previous management or leadership experience in telecommunications.

* Strong knowledge of fibre, Internet, TV, and telecommunications installations.

* Experience managing field technicians is an asset.

* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

* Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel between work locations when required.
