Telecommunications Representative (Verizon)

We're actively hiring a Telecommunications Representative to join our growing Verizon Wireless sales team. This is a full-time, in-person, direct sales position where you'll work directly with residential customers to introduce Verizon Wireless products and services, including wireless phone plans, home internet, and connectivity solutions.

As an Telecommunications Representative, you'll educate customers on available Verizon services, answer questions, explain current promotions, and assist interested customers with new account enrollments, account setup, and service activations. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, relationship-building, and developing experience in sales, customer service, telecommunications, and account management.

What You'll Do as a Telecommunications Representative

• Meet directly with residential customers in assigned territories to introduce Verizon Wireless products and services.
• Educate customers on wireless phone plans, home internet services, smartphones, mobile devices, pricing, promotions, and connectivity solutions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend wireless and internet services that best fit their lifestyle.
• Guide customers through new account enrollments, account setup, service activations, upgrades, and account transfers.
• Answer customer questions while delivering an exceptional customer service experience.
• Build lasting customer relationships through professional communication and personalized service.
• Maintain accurate customer records, enrollment documentation, and daily sales activity.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to achieve individual and team sales goals while participating in ongoing product and sales training.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,200.00 per month
