• 2+ years of IT experience – helpdesk, geek squad, etc.
• Great customer service skills
• Experience using a ticketing system

• Cisco or VOIP experience

Job Description: A large home health care organization is seeking a Telecommunications Analyst to join its Telephone Support team. This individual will be responsible for supporting the company's Cisco phone environment, including both hard phone and soft phone solutions. The role involves responding to employee calls, emails, and support tickets to troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of telephony-related issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and troubleshooting phone extensions, assigning phone numbers, resetting and unlocking voicemail PINs, setting up voicemail accounts, and providing general phone system support. This individual will support employees across all levels of the organization, from frontline clinical and operational staff to senior directors and leadership. As a result, strong customer service skills, professionalism, and the ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences are essential for success in this role.
