Telecommunications Team Member

As we continue to grow and expand our client partnerships, we are looking for a motivated Telecommunications Team Member to join our team.

As a Telecommunications Team Member, you will work directly with customers to build brand awareness, understand their needs, and recommend products and services that provide the right solutions. You will represent our clients professionally while answering customer questions, addressing concerns, and creating a positive overall experience.

We are looking for Telecommunications Team Members who are driven, personable, and motivated by both customer service and sales.

Telecommunications Team Member Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to educate them on the telecommunications products and services offered by our clients
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and drive sales
• Stay up to date on telecommunications products, services, and industry trends
• Educate customers on current promotions, bundled packages, and special offers
• Address customer questions, objections, and concerns while identifying solutions that align with their needs
• Communicate product and service benefits clearly and confidently to support successful sales
• Share customer feedback and ideas with the team to help improve sales strategies and the overall customer experience

Telecommunications Team Member Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn and confidently explain products and services
• Motivated to achieve and exceed individual and team goals
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills
• Prior Telecommunications Team Member experience is highly desirable
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Pay: $48,000.00 - $57,037.57 per year
