- To promote credit cards/unsecured loans products via telemarketing
- Ensure standard of service delivery, and all information provided to customers are clear and concise
- To meet the needs of customer based on the area of unsecured lending products
- Achieve all internal and external regulatory requirements necessary to obtain acceptable rating as defined by the Bank

- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer objections
- Sales-driven & result oriented mindset
- No experience required
- Prior Sales experience is a plus
