What they need
Job Scope:
- Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company
- Follow up with potential clients and arrange appointments for the manager
- Provide basic information according to the provided script
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and appointment schedules
- Update daily activity reports and provide feedback on call outcomes
- Assist with general telemarketing and customer engagement activities
- Work in a comfortable office environment with guidance and support provided
What We Provide:
- Call scripts and training will be provided
- No prior experience required; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Flexible working hours
- Attractive pay from $15 per hour
Requirements:
- Local Diploma, Full GCE ‘A’ Level, or above preferred
- Good communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Comfortable speaking with different types of people
- Responsible, willing to learn, and able to follow instruction
