Are you a people person who loves to talk? We're hiring telemarketers to generate leads and set appointments for our loans and real estate team. No experience needed — just a great phone voice, a positive attitude, and the drive to hit your numbers.
What You'll Do
Make outbound calls to prospective borrowers and clients from provided lead lists. Introduce our loan and real estate products, spark interest, and set appointments for loan officers/agents. Follow a call script while keeping conversations natural and friendly. Log call outcomes and update the CRM. Hit daily/weekly call and appointment-setting targets.
What We're Looking For
Confident, clear phone voice and strong communication skills. Thick skin — comfortable handling rejection and staying upbeat. Self-motivated and coachable. Basic computer skills. No prior experience required; sales or call center background is a plus.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
