An Outbound Telemarketer role involving making outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases, introducing and explaining the company's products or services to prospects, and converting leads into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases
• Introduce and explain the company's products or services to prospects
• Build rapport with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Answer queries, provide relevant information and handle objections professionally
• Achieve individual and team sales targets by converting leads into sales
• Upsell or cross-sell products services where appropriate
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, interactions and outcomes in the CRM system
• Update customer information regularly to ensure data accuracy
• Conduct follow-up calls with interested prospects or existing customers to close sales or foster relationships
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective scripts and strategies
