Telemarketer

Job Summary

The Telemarketer is responsible for generating sales leads, promoting company products, conducting customer follow-ups, and supporting the Sales Team through outbound calls and customer relationship management.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to introduce and promote products.
• Generate and qualify sales leads for endorsement to the Sales Team.
• Maintain and update customer databases, contact information, and sales records.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and pending orders to support sales conversion.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers through regular communication.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding customer requirements, product availability, and delivery schedules.
• Assist in gathering market information, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities, leads generated, and customer concerns.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, and promotions.
• Support sales campaigns, product launches, and marketing activities through customer engagement.
• Ensure proper documentation of customer transactions, inquiries, and follow-up actions.
• Achieve assigned call, lead generation, and sales support targets.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the Immediate Superior from time to time.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related course.
• With experience in telemarketing, customer service, sales support, or related work is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
