Telemarketer

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and goal-oriented Telemarketers to support our business development efforts. The role involves making outbound calls, generating and qualifying leads, introducing company services, and connecting potential clients with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and business prospects.
• Introduce company services in a clear and professional manner.
• Generate, qualify, and follow up on potential leads.
• Gather relevant client and business information.
• Reach out to lenders, financing companies, and potential business clients.
• Understand clients' existing collection and tracking processes.
• Introduce digital solutions such as QR payments and borrower tracking.
• Endorse qualified leads to the sales team.
• Assist with initial client onboarding and setup.
• Maintain accurate call logs and reports.
• Follow up with prospects to maintain an active pipeline.
• Work toward assigned call, lead generation, and sales-related targets.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate.
• Experience in telemarketing, telesales, sales, lending, financing, or fintech is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with potential clients.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Goal-oriented, persistent, and motivated to achieve targets.
• Willing to learn and undergo training.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of borrower and lender processes is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and competitive mindset.
