About the role

This role involves contacting members for membership renewals, expanding the customer base to achieve sales targets, building strong relationships with members, and answering inquiries from new and existing members. Work is conducted indoors with telephone contact and follow-up on renewal matters.

Key responsibilities

• Contact members for membership renewals without cold calling
• Expand customer base and achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members
• Answer inquiries from new and existing members
• Conduct telephone follow-up on renewal matters

About you

• Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) with five subjects passed, or Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE), Associate Degree, Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• Experience in telephone sales or customer service is preferred
• Proactive and positive attitude
• Strong telephone communication skills
