Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, Google, referrals, and cold calling.
• Contact potential individual and corporate clients by phone, email, and message.
• Introduce NLP Top Coach programs and explain their key benefits.
• Send company profiles, program information, and seminar invitations.
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects and encourage them to register for seminars.
• Reconfirm attendance for online and in-person seminars.
• Contact and invite referrals collected through seminar evaluation forms.
• Enter and update prospect information in Pipedrive CRM.
• Maintain accurate communication and follow-up records.
• Support Facebook page enquiries and basic administrative tasks.
• Attend public and corporate events to support the seminar team.
• Provide event support outside regular working hours when required.
• Compensation or time off will be provided according to company policy.
• Work toward agreed targets for calls, leads, appointments, and registrations.

Qualifications and Required Skills

• High school certificate, diploma, or bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in telemarketing.
• Thai nationals preferred, but foreigners are welcome to apply..
• Good communication and telephone skills.
• Strong English communication skills are an advantage.
• Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with new people.
• Able to perform basic computer tasks and use CRM systems.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
• Organized, responsible, flexible, and results-oriented.
