Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or outbound calling with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers effectively
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce Cloud or other CRM software for managing client data and sales activities
• Technical sales experience or knowledge of sales technology adoption is highly desirable
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and confidently
• Experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales environments, especially within technology or related sectors
• Demonstrated ability in consultative selling, customer service, and business development strategies
