What they need
We are looking for a Telemarketer to join our team in Greenhills, Mandaluyong. Join us and build your career in sales and customer service!
Work Arrangement: On-site
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day | Day Shift
Start Date: ASAP
Qualifications:
- College graduate (any course)
- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service/CSR or Telemarketing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Customer-oriented and goal-driven
- Willing to work onsite in Greenhills, Mandaluyong
- Available to start ASAP
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospective clients
- Promote and provide information about products/services
- Answer customer inquiries and provide assistance
- Follow up with customers as needed
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Meet assigned sales and performance targets
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
