Duties

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using CRM software and sales automation technologies to generate new business opportunities.
• Engage in consultative selling by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions that highlight the value of our technology products and services.
• Utilize Salesforce and other CRM systems proficiently to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines effectively.
• Demonstrate excellent phone communication skills by maintaining a professional, friendly tone that fosters trust and rapport with clients.
• Negotiate terms and close deals efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.
• Maintain detailed records of call activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in training sessions focused on sales technology adoption, product knowledge, and best practices for outbound calling.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or call center roles with a focus on outbound calling and customer engagement.
• Strong communication skills in English with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and confidently.
• Demonstrated proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce Cloud or similar platforms for managing client data and sales activities.
• Experience in technology or B2B (business-to-business) sales environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with sales automation technologies and telemarketing best practices to maximize outreach efficiency.
• Ability to negotiate effectively, close deals promptly, and handle objections professionally.
• Prior technical sales experience or knowledge of sales technology adoption is a plus but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
