What they need
We are looking for a confident and motivated Telemarketer to join our team.
Your main responsibility will be to call and follow up with property leads, understand their interest, budget, timeline and requirements, and arrange appointments.
Requirements:
* Previous telemarketing, telesales or cold-calling experience required
* Confident and clear spoken English
* Comfortable making a high volume of calls
* Resilient and able to handle rejection
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Able to follow a script while keeping conversations natural
* Comfortable with basic CRM and spreadsheet data entry
* Reliable, self-motivated and able to work independently
* Real estate or property experience is a plus
