About the Role
We are seeking a confident and motivated Telemarketer to connect with prospective clients, introduce our products and services, and generate qualified sales leads. This position is ideal for individuals who are interested in developing their sales skills and building a career in a results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and businesses.
- Present company products and services in a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
- Gather and record relevant client information.
- Identify and qualify potential leads and refer them to the sales team.
- Contact lenders and financing companies to understand their current collection, payment, and borrower-tracking processes.
- Introduce digital solutions such as QR payment systems and borrower tracking platforms.
- Assist clients with the onboarding process and initial setup.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Follow up with prospects to encourage engagement and support the sales process.
- Meet assigned lead-generation and performance targets.
