We are looking for confident Appointment Setters to join an established and growing B2B team in Solihull.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in appointment setting, telesales, telemarketing, B2B sales or outbound calling who enjoys having conversations with businesses and is motivated by achieving results.

You don't need to be an expert in the products from day one- full training is provided. What we are looking for is someone who is confident speaking to business owners and senior decision-makers, can quickly understand new information and isn't afraid to pick up the phone and start a conversation.

What will you be doing?

You'll be making outbound calls to businesses on behalf of established clients, with the aim of identifying genuine opportunities and arranging qualified appointments for their Field Sales Representatives.

Your day will include:

• Making outbound B2B calls to businesses
• Speaking with business owners, directors and senior decision-makers
• Building rapport and having professional conversations over the phone
• Understanding different products and services and explaining their key benefits
• Identifying businesses that could benefit from the service
• Booking qualified appointments for Field Sales Representatives
• Working towards individual and campaign targets
• Keeping accurate records of calls and appointments
• Using feedback to improve your approach and results

What are we looking for?

Previous experience in appointment setting, telesales, telemarketing, B2B sales or outbound calling would be ideal.

Most importantly, you'll need to be:

• Confident speaking to people you've never spoken to before
• Comfortable making outbound cold calls
• Persuasive without being overly pushy
• Professional when speaking with senior decision-makers
• A good communicator who can build rapport quickly
• Comfortable working towards targets
• Resilient and able to handle rejection
• Able to take information on board quickly
• Motivated by achieving results

Location

The role is based in Solihull.

Due to the location, candidates should ideally live within approximately 7 miles of the office and have reliable transport to commute to work.
