About the Role:
We are looking for a confident, target-oriented Telecaller to join our Business Development team and help generate and convert potential clients for our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.
• Understand client requirements and introduce relevant digital marketing services.
• Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings with the sales team.
• Maintain and regularly update lead records and follow-ups.
• Track all leads generated through campaigns and maintain lead status.
• Keep track of the amount spent on lead generation through credit cards or other payment methods.
• Monitor lead spend, cost per lead, and overall campaign-related expenses.
• Maintain daily/weekly records of leads, spending, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the team for client follow-ups and successful closures.
• Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.

Requirements:

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or business development preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing is an advantage.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Salary & Incentives:

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
