About the Role

We are looking for 2 Telemarketers to join our team and assist with business development for our bitumen trading business.

The role will primarily involve making outbound calls to businesses, understanding their requirements, maintaining a database of potential customers, and following up with leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to businesses and potential customers
• Introduce our company and understand their bitumen/product requirements
• Maintain and regularly update a list/database of potential customers
• Record customer requirements, contact details and follow-up information
• Follow up with interested customers
• Coordinate with the senior team regarding potential leads and requirements
• Maintain accurate daily calling and lead records

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with businesses over the phone
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Ability to maintain organized records
• Hindi and English communication skills preferred
• Prior telecalling, telesales or B2B calling experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply

• Willingness to learn about the bitumen industry
