Job Description

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telemarketer who can handle client calls, explain our services, follow up with potential clients, and convert enquiries into successful clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Explain company services clearly and professionally.
• Understand client requirements and provide relevant information.
• Follow up with interested clients regularly.
• Handle client enquiries and resolve basic queries.
• Convert leads and enquiries into potential clients.
• Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and client status.
• Coordinate with the team for further client requirements.

Requirements

• Good communication skills.
• Confident and polite while speaking with clients.
• Basic knowledge of sales and client handling.
• Ability to convince and engage potential clients.
• Freshers can apply.
• Hindi communication is required; basic English will be an advantage.
