Duties

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using sales automation technologies and CRM systems such as Salesforce to generate interest in our products and services
• Engage in consultative selling by understanding client needs and presenting tailored technology solutions effectively
• Manage client communication through phone calls, ensuring clear, professional, and friendly interactions that foster trust and rapport
• Negotiate terms with potential clients, overcoming objections and closing deals efficiently to meet sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of all call activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks within CRM software
• Collaborate with inside sales teams and support departments to optimize the sales process and improve customer experience
• Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and sales technology adoption strategies to enhance outreach effectiveness

Qualifications

• Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call center environments with a focus on B2B sales or technical sales experience preferred
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently over the phone
• Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce Cloud and familiarity with sales automation technologies
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly
• Demonstrated success in outbound calling campaigns, warm calling, and customer service excellence
• Experience with telemarketing or CRM system proficiency is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
