Telemarketer

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and goal-oriented Telemarketers to support our business development efforts by reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, introducing company services, and endorsing qualified prospects to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and business prospects.
• Introduce company services in a clear and professional manner.
• Generate, qualify, and maintain potential leads.
• Gather relevant client and business information.
• Reach out to lenders, financing companies, and potential business clients.
• Understand clients' existing collection and tracking processes.
• Introduce digital solutions, including QR payments and borrower tracking solutions.
• Endorse qualified leads to the Business Development/Sales Team.
• Assist with initial client onboarding and setup when required.
• Maintain accurate call logs, lead records, and reports.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective clients.
• Work toward assigned call, lead generation, and sales support targets.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, sales, customer service, lending, financing, or fintech is preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with prospective clients.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Goal-oriented, persistent, and motivated to achieve targets.
• Willing to learn and undergo training.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with borrower/lender dynamics is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with experience in lending, financing, fintech, telesales, telemarketing, or financial services are highly preferred.
