Job Overview

We are looking for motivated, confident, and target-driven Telemarketers to join our growing team! If you enjoy talking to people, have a positive attitude, and are motivated by attractive earnings, this opportunity is for you.

You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, introducing our products/services, understanding their needs, and assisting them in making the right choice.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Introduce and promote company products/services professionally.

Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable solutions/ products.

Follow up with customers and maintain good customer relationships.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Record customer information and call activities accurately.

Handle customer questions and objections confidently.

Work closely with the team to achieve overall company goals.

Participate in training and continuously improve communication and sales skills.

Requirements

Age: 18–38 years old

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.

Positive attitude and willing to learn.

Hardworking, disciplined, and target-oriented.

Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Able to follow instructions and company procedures.

Previous telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience is an advantage—but fresh candidates are welcome to apply!

Able to communicate in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages are an advantage.

What We Offer

Basic Salary: RM3,000 – RM7,599

Attractive commission & incentives

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Saturday 9.00am-3.00pm
SUNDAY AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS OFF
