TELEMARKETER

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a confident, persuasive, and target-driven Telemarketer to join our real estate team. The successfull candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, generating leads, promoting available properties, and scheduling appointments, for the sales team.

SALARY: 160,000

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of ONG/HND/BSC in relevant fields.

• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, or real estate is an advantage.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.

• Ability to work with targets and deadlines,

• Must be confident, proactive and customer focused.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.

• Introduce and promote the company's real estate properties and services.

• Generate and qualify potential property buyers and investors.

• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, and other communication channels.

• Understand clients property needs and provide relevant information.

• Meet and exceed assigned weekly and monthly sales targets.

• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to convert leads into clients.

• Provide regular reports on calls, leads generated, and conversions.

Pay: ₦160,000.00 - ₦180,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
