We are seeking a motivated telemarketer to join our sales team! In this role, you will be the voice of our company, engaging potential clients through outbound calls to promote our AIA Affiliate Association. Your persuasive communication skills will help build strong relationships, generate leads, and drive sales growth. This commission-based position offers an opportunity to develop your sales expertise that values proactive outreach and customer engagement. Duties

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to establish rapport and introduce our affiliate association.
• Engage in consultative selling by sending potential clients to our website to review our services.
• Update client information and manage sales pipelines efficiently
• Follow up with leads through phone communication, ensuring consistent contact and nurturing ongoing relationships
• Maintain detailed records of all call activities, client interactions, and sales progress

Qualifications

• Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or call center roles with a focus on outbound calling and client communication
• Demonstrated ability in consultative selling, customer service, and deal closing strategies
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
• Experience with telemarketing techniques, including cold calling and dialing 100-plus leads
• Knowledge of sales automation tools, CRM software proficiency, and call center best practices
