Telemarketer

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote company products and services.
• Introduce the company’s services and explain relevant offers to potential customers.
• Generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain positive client relationships.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
• Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-up schedules.
• Meet daily or monthly call targets and other assigned performance goals.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding qualified leads and potential clients.

Qualifications

• College graduate; a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
• With experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.
• Persuasive, proactive, and customer-oriented.
• Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
• Willing to work on-site and meet sales or call performance targets.
• Can start ASAP is an advantage.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
