About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Contact potential clients using leads provided.

Engage clients in professional conversations to understand their interest and needs.

Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups with the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of conversations and appointment details.

Develop a good understanding of our offerings to respond confidently to initial enquiries.

Who We’re Looking For

Strong English communication skills; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

A quick-thinking, adaptable approach and a willingness to learn.

Good listening skills and the ability to build rapport.

A confident, courteous and professional telephone manner.

A responsible, proactive attitude and the ability to work independently towards agreed goals.

Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service or sales is welcome, but not essential.
