Working Days: 6 days per week
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Work Mode: On-site
Salary: Basic + Commission

Job Descriptions:

• Follow up with existing clients via phone calls, text messages, and email to maintain ongoing engagement.

• Provide clients with timely updates, reminders, and relevant information regarding their accounts or services.

• Address client queries and concerns during follow-up communications, escalating complex issues to the relevant department when necessary.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and follow-up outcomes in system.

• Identify clients who may require additional support or attention and flag them for further action.

• Meet daily/weekly follow-up targets while maintaining a professional and client-focused approach.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or higher qualification.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, client follow-up, or customer service is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication skills in multiple languages preferred; additional languages are a plus.
• Comfortable communicating via phone calls, text messaging, and email.
• Good interpersonal skills with a friendly, patient, and persuasive communication style.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through on tasks.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Gmail, etc.).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a steady volume of client follow-ups daily.
