Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to establish rapport and identify sales opportunities
• Engage clients with clear, confident communication about our products and services, emphasizing their benefits and value propositions
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines effectively
• Apply consultative selling methods to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
• Follow up with leads through phone communication, email, or other channels to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching target markets and achieving sales goals
• Close deals by negotiating terms, overcoming objections, and securing commitments from clients while maintaining excellent customer service standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or outbound calling within a B2B (business-to-business) environment
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
• Technical sales experience or familiarity with sales automation technologies such as Salesforce Cloud and CRM system proficiency
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively
• Demonstrated success in deal closing and achieving sales targets through consultative selling approaches
• Knowledge of telemarketing best practices, customer service principles, and call center operations
• Ability to adapt quickly to new sales technology adoption and utilize CRM tools efficiently for client management
