Your Role

• Make professional outbound calls to prospective customers
• Follow up on leads and customer enquiries
• Qualify prospects and arrange appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate customer and call records
• Work closely with Sales Consultants to develop new business opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, positive, and willing to learn
• Organized with good time-management skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Telemarketing or sales experience is an advantage, but not required
