About the role

We are seeking a Telemarketer professional to join our Head Office team in Ortigas, Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in our outbound sales strategy. As a Telemarketer, you will be the voice of Wisefund Finance, reaching out to potential clients and presenting our financial products and services. Your efforts will directly contribute to our business growth and market expansion whilst building meaningful customer relationships through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.

Job description:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pre-screening of documents/requirements, actual loan process, monitoring until release of loan
• Coordinate with the credit and loan processing teams to facilitate the approval of loans
• Update clients and loan consultants about the loan application and recommend action plan to better serve the Clients and Loan Consultants
• Ensure integrity and compliance to all company policies
• Run proper Masterlist and FFCC
• Follow up clients in submission of pending requirements
• Provide excellent customer service to both borrowers and loan consultants
• May be assigned to supervise other branches in case of need and necessity
• Performs other tasks as assigned by the Immediate Superior or Department Head

Job Description:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Process oriented and technology-inclined, organized and can work in a fast-pace environment
• Able to communicate effectively both oral and written
• Can quickly adapt and willing to learn and be molded
