About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Telemarketing & Appointment Specialist in the beauty industry. You'll be the friendly voice representing our brand, helping customers discover and book beauty experiences they'll love.

Key responsibilities

• Engage warm leads by reaching out to customers who have already shown interest in our services
• Schedule and reschedule appointments to ensure customers get the time slots that work best for them
• Attend to customer inquiries with professionalism and care
• Follow up with existing customers to strengthen loyalty and encourage repeat visits
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date call and appointment details
• Receive comprehensive training to understand beauty services

About you

• Experience in beauty telemarketing or sales preferred
• Strong communication and phone etiquette – clear, confident, and friendly
• Self-starter who works well independently and consistently meets targets
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable managing customer data
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in telemarketing or sales
• Proven track record of high turn-ups and successful conversions
